Effective date: July 9, 2026
Welcome to OnPar Fire & EMS ("OnPar," the "Service"), operated by Whyte Line Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You'll be invited by your department or create a department workspace. Keep your credentials private — signatures, witness confirmations, and audit records in OnPar are tied to your individual identity, and you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and authorized by your department.
Access to a department workspace is controlled by that department's administrators, who may add, restrict, or deactivate accounts. Data you enter into a department workspace belongs to the department, not to you individually or to us.
Use the Service honestly and lawfully. In particular: never record a count, signature, seal verification, or check you did not actually perform; never submit patient health records or other prohibited data; never attempt to access another department's data. The full Acceptable Use Policy at onpar/aup is part of these Terms.
OnPar supports recordkeeping and logistics for emergency services. It does not provide medical advice, does not replace your department's protocols, medical direction, or regulatory obligations (including DEA requirements), and outputs (par suggestions, analytics, reminders) are informational. Your department and its personnel remain solely responsible for operational and clinical decisions.
Departmental subscriptions are billed per the department's plan or signed agreement. Individual users are not charged.
We own the Service, its software, and its design. You and your department own your data. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
We aim for high availability (see our SLA for subscribed departments) but the Service is provided "as is" to individual users. We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Your department's administrators or we may suspend or deactivate accounts for violation of these Terms. Controlled-substance custody records are never altered or deleted by account actions — audit trails survive.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND; WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY INDIVIDUAL USER IS LIMITED TO $100. A department's remedies under a signed SaaS Subscription Agreement are set out in that agreement.
Texas law governs; venue lies in Grayson County, Texas, except where a signed departmental agreement provides otherwise.
